Booking process

Search on our web site and find vessel which will meet your needs and wishes best by using some of several search options on our website. Send request, or contact us directly and we will offer you several options which meet your criteria best. Once you choose what you like or want you can check that yacht details: photos, technical details and availability.

You will be asked to provide us with your name, surname, e-mail, address and phone number. Wait for our booking confirmation with the most suitable quotation and suggestion on the most appropriate options including advice on refund policy and travel insurance policy.

 

Yacht Charter Payments

By accepting our offer you will receive the proforma invoice. Our team will put selected vessel under option for 3 – 8 days. Payment of at least 50 % of total amount should be made within that period and with the final balance due 45 days prior to departure. Upon the payment is made, you have to send the payment confirmation to us by e-mail: booking@nautika-nova.com, unless you have paid by credit card in which case the agency receives payment confirmation automatically. After the payment verification or your credit card authorization, you will receive an e-mail with all the relevant information on the yacht charter, base, base manager etc.. Written confirmation will be sent to your e-mail. After the reservation is made, we will send you a signed contract and form for crew list. By completing and returning the two, the contract is concluded. After the charter, you will receive an invoice from final service provider.

 

Cancelling the Yacht charter booking

Cancellations must be made in writing, by the signatory who booked the holiday, together with the return of any travel documents sent via e-mail: booking@nautika-nova.com. If the cancellation is made within 24 hours of booking, full refund of the paid amount will be transferred to customer. If the cancellation is made after the period of 24 hours, the refund will be made or not in accordance with the contract signed between customer and final service provider.
